Confidence vs Probability
A confidence score is not a win probability. The difference matters.
Updated July 30, 2026
Confidence measures how strongly current market conditions align with the engine's research-defined criteria. It is not a guaranteed outcome or win probability.
A high-confidence reading means the configured factors agree broadly and strongly right now. It does not state how often such readings win. Markets are not stationary: the same evidence can resolve differently across regimes, sessions, and periods.
Research Mode shows how past readings behaved by confidence band, under stated historical conditions. Treat those statistics as study material about model behavior, never as odds for the next trade.
