Risk Disclosure
A plain statement of the risks of leveraged trading in the futures and forex markets covered by the beta, and the limits of Ciphora Confluence Engine.
Effective August 2, 2026
Leveraged trading involves substantial risk
Leveraged trading in futures and forex is speculative and can cause rapid, substantial losses. Depending on the instrument and account rules, losses may exceed deposited funds. Leveraged trading is not suitable for everyone because leverage magnifies gains and losses. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose, and understand each instrument before trading it.
What Ciphora Confluence Engine is
Ciphora Confluence Engine is decision-support software. It organizes market information and applies quantitative multi-factor analysis to it. Its output reports current factor agreement under the model's research-defined criteria. It is provided as an invite-only research beta on TradingView.
What Ciphora Confluence Engine is not
- It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
- Confidence measures how strongly current market conditions align with the engine's research-defined criteria. It is not a guaranteed outcome or win probability.
- Its direction, entry, invalidation, stop, and target references are chart references only; they are not instructions to enter, hold, modify, or exit a trade
- It does not predict future prices or market direction with certainty
- It does not guarantee profitability or any particular outcome
- It does not decide or trade on your behalf, and it does not manage money
- It is not a substitute for your own risk management
About performance figures
Any statistics shown in the product or our research, including historical or simulated results, describe model behavior under stated past conditions. Past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. Historical, simulated, and hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Hypothetical and backtested results may benefit from hindsight and do not capture all financial risk, liquidity constraints, or psychological effects of live trading.
The only current research evidence for Ciphora Confluence Engine is historical five-minute research output. It is not broker-confirmed live execution, an independently audited track record, or a prospective forward test.
Commissions, spreads, slippage, liquidity, latency, taxes, financing, exchange fees, data quality, and order execution can materially change outcomes relative to any historical or simulated figure.
Beta software risks
Ciphora Confluence Engine is beta research software. It may contain errors, produce duplicate or missing alerts, display incorrectly, behave differently between builds, or become interrupted or unavailable. Features may be incomplete. The beta is limited to paper or simulated trading and should not be used for live or funded account trading.
No performance statistic should be interpreted as a promise of profitability. Every research result is limited by its sample size, instrument, period, build, and method. Historical, simulated, paper, or beta results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Account rule results are not a probability of success
If a beta feature compares a signal against account rules you configure, the result describes only whether the figures you entered met those rules at that moment. A result that reports eligible is not a recommendation to trade, is not a statement that a trade is likely to be profitable, and is not a probability of winning. A result that reports rejected is not a statement that a trade would have lost.
The result depends entirely on figures you type in, and it is wrong whenever those figures are inaccurate, no longer current, or entered for a different account. It can also be delayed or unavailable. It does not track your account, does not monitor open positions, and cannot prevent a loss, a rule breach, or the failure of an evaluation. Meeting the rules of a funded or evaluation account remains your responsibility, and the rules published by your provider govern over anything shown by the software.
Position sizing and instrument specifications are not configured in the current build, and the adaptive-selectivity policy is likewise absent and unimplemented. Because those policies are missing, the software fails closed: it cannot return an approval and it cannot return a position size. Every outcome it can currently reach is a rejection, a not-evaluated result, or an error. No position size is recommended, none should be inferred from any result, and no claim of adaptive eligibility is made or implied. These features are therefore not operational, and no result from them should be relied on as though they were.
Interface previews
Interface previews demonstrate the product interface only and are not performance results. A development preview may show estimated profit and loss; that internal output is not a claim of customer performance. A timeframe shown in a preview may not have been evaluated or included in beta access. The one-hour timeframe, specifically, has not been evaluated or included in beta access.
Your responsibility
Trading decisions made using our software, and their outcomes, remain your responsibility. If you are uncertain whether leveraged trading in futures or forex is appropriate for your circumstances, consult an appropriately licensed financial professional.
