Terms of Service
The agreement that governs use of ciphora.ai and the Ciphora Confluence Engine beta.
Effective August 2, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern ciphora.ai and, once access is granted, the Ciphora Confluence Engine private beta. By applying for or participating in the beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and be legally able to enter this agreement to apply for or participate in the private beta.
Geographic availability
You may use the website only where doing so is lawful. The initial private beta application and beta access are limited to adults who reside in the United States. Accessing the public website from another country does not mean the beta is offered or approved there. Ciphora will not offer applications or beta access in another jurisdiction until applicable product, privacy, registration, representative, transfer, marketing, consumer, accessibility, and financial-services requirements have been reviewed.
What Ciphora provides
Ciphora provides decision-support software for traders. Our products organize and analyze market information. They do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; they do not decide or trade on your behalf; and they do not manage money. Some features label their own output with words such as approved, rejected, or not evaluated. Those words describe the outcome of comparing figures you entered against rules you configured, and nothing more. They are not Ciphora deciding anything for you, not an instruction, and not permission to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Please read the Risk Disclosure, which is part of these terms.
Ciphora does not custody funds, route or execute orders, or act as a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, prop firm, or account manager.
Beta software
Ciphora Confluence Engine is in private research beta. The product page describes the reviewed V1.2 evidence boundary, not a final customer release or the current Pine release candidate. Beta software may contain errors, may change without notice, and may be unavailable at times.
Beta access, if granted, is limited to the candidate instruments, timeframe, and chart type named in the participant's invitation and onboarding materials. Research inventory entries do not establish beta access or final support. Metals and crypto are excluded. Ciphora does not promise any additional market, capability, access expansion, or launch date.
Beta access is provided through a TradingView invite-only publication associated with your TradingView username. Access is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. It may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, copied, or used to provide access to another person, and we may modify, suspend, or end beta access at our discretion.
A TradingView account, any required TradingView subscription, broker account, exchange data subscription, and market data fees are separate and are not included. You are responsible for following all applicable broker, prop firm, exchange, and TradingView rules.
Chart output may vary based on symbol mapping, broker or data vendor, futures contract, session template, time zone, extended hours setting, chart type, and delayed or revised market data.
The initial research beta is free and limited to paper or simulated trading. Participants may be asked to submit bug reports, product feedback, and periodic reviews as part of the beta. Except when submitting material privately to Ciphora for support or beta feedback, you may not redistribute, republish, or share beta output, signals, alerts, screenshots, or materials with another person. You may not present beta results as guaranteed performance.
Submitting an Early Access application does not entitle you to beta access. Selected applicants must accept the then-current Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure before access is granted.
Required operational telemetry is a condition of accepting an invitation and participating in the research beta. It is separate from optional marketing consent and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Account rule features
Some beta features can compare a signal against account rules you configure and against figures you enter about your own paper or simulated account. These features are decision-support only. They do not place, modify, or cancel orders, do not connect to a broker, an exchange, or a prop firm, do not hold or manage money, and do not monitor an account on your behalf.
A result describes only whether the information you entered met the rules you configured at the moment the result was produced. It is not advice, not an instruction, not a prediction, and not a probability of a winning trade. The result can be delayed, based on figures that are no longer current, unavailable, or wrong, and Ciphora does not warrant its accuracy or its availability. You remain solely responsible for every trading decision you make and for following the rules of your broker, exchange, prop firm, or evaluation program, which always govern over anything shown by the software.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter, and Ciphora cannot verify them. Support for a particular evaluation program, account stage, instrument, timeframe, or currency is limited to what the software states it supports; anything outside that is reported as not evaluated rather than approved. These features require a separate consent, remain switched off unless Ciphora enables them, and are covered by the disclaimers and the limitation of liability below.
These features are not operational in the current build. The position-sizing policy and the adaptive-selectivity policy they would require are deliberately absent, and until separately versioned and validated policies exist the software cannot approve a trade and cannot produce a position size at all. Every outcome it can currently reach is a rejection, a not-evaluated result, or an error. Nothing in these terms should be read as a statement that an approval, a recommended size, or an adaptive-eligibility judgment is available to you.
No paid service is offered
Ciphora Confluence Engine is not currently for sale. No paid subscription terms, refund terms, renewal terms, or cancellation flow are in effect, and none should be inferred from these Terms while sale is disabled.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate the models, scoring logic, or datasets behind the software
- Do not use the services to violate any law or regulation
- Do not probe, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the services
- Do not present software output as guaranteed performance or financial advice
Intellectual property
Ciphora owns the software, website, branding, and all related intellectual property. Beta access grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the software for your own paper or simulated trading during the beta. Feedback you choose to give us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The website and software are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted or that its output will be accurate or profitable.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, Ciphora's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be communicated to beta participants. Questions: legal@ciphora.ai.
