What administrative and optional marketing emails may be sent and how to manage them.

Ciphora may send administrative emails about an application, including a receipt, status message, or beta invitation. These messages are covered by the required privacy acknowledgment, but submitting the form does not confirm delivery.
Marketing messages, such as development notes, research articles, or product updates, require separate optional consent. Giving consent does not guarantee delivery.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing applies to marketing emails only. It does not withdraw your beta application or stop administrative emails used to manage an application you submitted. To withdraw an application, email hello@ciphora.ai directly.
A beta invitation, if sent, goes to the email associated with the application rather than the marketing list. Delivery is not guaranteed. Add the ciphora.ai domain to your safe senders to reduce the chance that a message is filtered.
