Problems with ciphora.ai or the application form.

If the Early Access application will not submit, check that every required step is complete: select at least one instrument for each selected market and accept all six required acknowledgments. Optional marketing consent is never required. Validation messages appear under the affected field.

If the form says it is temporarily unavailable, wait a moment and try again. If the problem continues, email hello@ciphora.ai with the time and your browser.

For anything else on the site that looks broken, contact Technical Support with the page URL and a screenshot. A response time is not guaranteed.
