Capabilities are measured against internal historical research evidence before public language changes. In the reviewed build, every reading displays level rationales and confidence labels, and limitations are published beside capabilities.

Public performance claims are withheld until a new evidence audit approves them. That is the operating rule this site follows.

This evidence rule sets the boundary for every public product claim.
