Ciphora intends to document hypotheses, evaluation criteria, limitations, and release decisions for future research work. The current audit does not establish that every past capability used preregistered criteria.
Public performance language is withheld until a new evidence audit approves it. That is the operating rule this site follows for what it claims today.
The current research inventory is limited to the listed series. Inclusion describes historical records in the active research program and does not establish profitability, validation, final release support, or future access. No additional market or capability, expansion of access, or release date is promised.
